Rates and Scheduling

Santa Harold's rates vary based on the length and type of visit and travel time from his base of operations in Kingsport. There is a significant discount for children's charities.

Please understand. I wish I could do all this for free but, I do a new background check each October. My Suits are custom designed, I pay for hair care, drive a vehicle to your gigs, provide candy canes or "gifts" of some kind to kids everywhere I go throughout the year, it all cost me money.

So I do not have a problem asking to be paid for my services. Although I do keep my prices as low as possible while still giving a quality service.

After Sept 1^stvisits are confirmed when we receive your deposit in our office. Santa Harold expects his schedule to fill up quickly, so call early if you need a visit at a specific Date/Time! (Please hold off sending deposits on events scheduled prior to Sept 1^sttill then.) Events Booked after December 1^st require full payment to confirm event.

This is a play or pay agreement. Any photographs, electronic reproductions or otherwise may be used for promotional use only. Any and all commercial or profitable use is forbidden under this agreement.

Availability

For 2008, Santa Harold will be available on weekends and most evenings. Several weekday visits are also available. Check Santa's Calendar for availability. Contact us early to book special Christmas Eve and Christmas Day visits!

What to Expect when Santa Visits

Santa Harold will tailor his visit to your specifications. He will take some time to discuss your needs prior to his arrival, so that his visit will be unique and special! Typically, he will:

	Speak one-on-one with your Children and Guests
	Pose for Photographs
	Hand out Gifts
	Read Christmas Related stories (Let Santa know if you would like a biblical or secular story.)

Santa only uses his sleigh and reindeer on Christmas Eve so PLEASE DO NOT tell the kids they are on the roof or anywhere else close-by. They are at the North Pole getting ready for their grueling trip. Santa gets around just like anyone else throughout the rest of the year.

Private Parties:

For children's parties in your home, Santa Harold will use information you provide to make his visit extra special. Arrangements can be made for Santa Harold to have your gifts placed in his bag before his arrival, and to address any specific needs or concerns.

Corporate Parties:

For office parties at business locations and banquet halls, you may choose to have Santa Harold mingle with your guests and assist with any formal presentations you may have, in addition to greeting your guests and posing for photographs. For family parties, Santa Harold will gladly take time to speak with each person individually.

Daycare & Classroom Visits

For visits to your Daycare or Classroom, Santa Harold can entertain the children with stories, in addition to the usual visits. He will read favorite Christmas books, or relate stories of Christmas and Santa's History.

Promotional & Charity Events:

Have Santa Harold attend your special business, civic or charity event! He will greet your patrons and pose for photographs. If you have promotional materials, he will help distribute them to your patrons.

Santa Harold offers special rates for charities helping children. While Santa Harold enjoys public civic events, he regrets that he cannot appear at private political rallies.
